Lateral and vertical suspension files realized with strong riveted suspension bars

Lateral suspension files are suspended in rows from shelves or rails in lateral filing vertical carousels, mobile shelving or cabinets.

Hanging files of Pull-out drawers also called vertical suspension files, run front-to-back in a 3 or 4 drawer cabinet; they are accessed from above, the indexing tab is on the top edge to label the file.

“V” base Suspension Files are the most space efficient filing solution, but the contents can rise and catch on the drawer/row above, if they are overfilled.

For very thick files in a lateral suspension system, we suggest to use polypropylene 12″ drop ‘V’ base suspension files.

Drive-in shelving with loadable aisles OR Accumulation shelving is ideal when there is a need to store a great amount of goods with few ID references.

FIFO “First-In, First Out” and LIFO “Last-In, First-Out” principle, allows the palletized load units to be stored into deep shelves tunnels accessible by fork lifts.

This solution enable eliminates the aisles traditionally required for service purpose.

Drive-in shelving is made with our Bi-Bloc slot-in system, and is completed by the exclusive zinc-coated steel profile, is designed to be deployed inside industrial buildings.

The floor, must be in suitable reinforced concrete, and must be ready before the delivery of the system from our factories.; it must be levelled, with a variation of not more than + 1 cm from the horizontal, and must be capable of withstanding the loads transmitted by the shelving system.

When the drive-in system is installed on intermediate floors, please check that the load-bearing capacity and the deformation level are compatible with the loads transmitted by the storage systems, special attention is required for concentrated loads.

Floors in material other than concrete are not recommended and must be subject the subject of careful consideration during the design of the Drive-In system.

The load on the shelving system must not exceed the values in the load rating signs, which must always be affixed in a clearly visible position.

Overloads:

• Overloading the structure above the permitted loads stated on the warning signs and in the technical documentation (installation design and brochures) is absolutely forbidden.
• It is essential to check that the load do not exeed the limits stated in the contract.
